I lost about 10 pounds in a couple of weeks, primarily due to decreased appetite and carb cravings, but it seemed to stimulate my whole HPA axis as I noticed more energy, less oily skin/breakouts and hair loss, less puffiness. That began on 30mg for starters, but was maintained when I decreased the dose to 5mg due to significant side effects.
