Hi:
I used to take the Serzone/Nefadozone for the past three years, but I started to wean off of it this Summer. The Sezone was discontinued here, in USA also, but the Generic Form of Serzone, "Nefadozone" is EXACT same as the brand one, the Serzone, particulary in terms of 'Efficacy.'
One of generic manufacturers, Mylan was my favorite due to a good communication if you need to write/talk to them.
