You should be aware that Prozac in itself can cause anxiety by virtue of its 5-HT-2 receptor activation [indirect]. maybe you should consider adding pindolol at a dose of 2.5mg 3 times a day. Other agents that are worth trying are buspirone. Neurontin can be used as an anxiolytic. However the doses required to achieve that usually has one zonked. Its also pricy.

Personally I would try one of the atypical antipsychotics at very low doses. One in particular is seroquel. Start at 25 mg at night. Adding this agent would give an effect much like nefazodone but without shrivelling your liver. If 25 mg has you too sedated try 12.5 mg.
