Hi Ravenstorm,

It's great that you got over the initial oversedation. Isn't in funny how a solid nights sleep can give you more energy through the day? :) Once you are 100% use to 15mg it is worth trying more for an increase in anxiolytic effect. Cutting the tablet up so you can take a 22.5mg dose would be good as Remeron's effect is variable, else try 30mg. Remeron isn't going to be as good as a Benzo for anxiety, but then it isn't as addictive either. Remeron has three distinct modes of effect & there is a noticable difference at different dosages. The increase in appetite is a bummer, all you can do is resist, or steer yourself towards some fruit. I can't tell you if this effect subsides as I didn't get it, I would guess it does subside because there are plenty of useage studies showing early weight increases that level off with time.

Cheers,
Panda.
