I also have scads of projects I started in a manic period then fizzled out. At least they're sitting there when I'm ready to get back to them. As far as waking up ready to face the world and then having the day fall apart - well I try to do what I can when I'm good, and just accept it when the day has tanked. At least you did what you could when you could. I can count two days I rate as "A-1" since last September. Thankfully they were this past week. Perhaps there is an improvement coming? Also, working with a therapist helps me hugely. (BTW I see lots of posts regarding transference. I try to remind myself that I'm actually paying this person to talk to me!! So much for the self esteem issue....)
