Ditto. I was diagnosed "anxious depressive" until I took 20mg of Celexa for two weeks and became dysphorically manic. After that I tried 4 other SSRIs. All just made me worse. Now I'm a treatment resisant ultra-rapid cyling bipolar II. Happy happy. Joy joy.
Try a mood stabilizer, BEFORE trying another SSRI/AD.
