No way do I want the seizures to start again and for that matter, no way do I want the migraines to start again but it would be nice to lose a few more pounds. I am 5'6" and at one time I weighed 96 pounds, around the time I was married actually. No way I want to return to that weight admittedly, but it would be nice to get down another twenty pounds or so and I have no luck with the dieting... at the moment I am existing on yoghurt and cashews and salads for the most part with the odd poached or scrambled egg thrown in. Occasionally a little chicken or broiled meat added but I do not have a large appetite and eat very little in the way of carbs or fats... they do not interest me and I have no interest at all in sweets...
learned somewhere along the way that a couple of ounces of nuts, cashews or almonds, or a bit of extra virgin olive oil with a little bread will decrease the appetite btw... for myself as I am not interested in breads and the like, I choose the cashews or a few olives and it works in cutting the appetite...
but I seem to have reached an appetite plateau... just when I want the side effects to kick in <g>
but I do notice that jeans and skirts no longer fit at the waistband even though the scale registers no weight change...maybe this is the redhead's way of doing things????
