Seroquel or Lamictal affect sexual desire

As you might guess from my previous posts, I am trying to get off meds that blunt sexual desire since it has gotten very severe and I am afraid it will threaten my marriage. What are experiences with seroquel and lamictal--do they affect sexual area. And is it the seroquel that causes weight gain? Guess I wish I could be off meds completely
