which I swear has been working wonders for me in terms of my attitude. There are 5 stages, I myself have only done the first one. A year ago if you told me I would be trying buddhist meditation to ease my anxiety and depression it probably would have been the only thing that would have made me laugh. Now, I'm trying anything and everything to get my life back on track because I refuse to keep riding the nasty anxiety/depression rollar coaster.You can find it at:
