Delna,
I was so saddened to read your post. Your SIL obviously is totally clueless when it comes to mental illness. What makes me angry is when you hear about people saying things like that"deal with life"...they would never say that to heart patient,cancer patients, MS patients etc, etc!!! we are just as sick...maybe more so...are pain is inside and so hard to explain....
Maybe you need to talk to a more supportive family member and get them to tune in SIL.....
sorry to rant...but this sorta thing gets me so mad...you have enough to deal with!!!
