I like Lexapro the best, if you can keep the dose low -- which is a very real possibility. My other favorite in terms of sex side-effects is zoloft. The worst is Paxil, in my opinion. I also liked Lexapro because it was very helpful for depression and anxiety at just 10mg. Paxil CR at 25mg or less isn't too bad in the sex department, either. My recomendation would be Lexapro.
