Not all atypicals are bad for diabetics. Ziprasidone (Geodon) should be first choice if concern is causing or worsening diabetes. Of course, it has its own side effects.
> From what I can tell, all the atypicals look bad for diabetics. Does anyone know if there are any that aren't? My pdoc doesn't seem to know anything about diabetes, and while I'll start checking around next week for one who does, it's not that easy to find pychiatrists.
