Atypicals other than Zyprexa

I'm really starting to get fed up with Zyprexa.. the weight gain and carb cravings, the lack of any emotion, the lack of motivation... BUT, it keeps me alive by taking away all my obsessive thoughts about suicide and self harm..
I've not tried any other atypicals, so what would anyone elses suggestions be.. Oh, and I'm in the UK so Geoden and Abifly are out of the question.
I'm not on any other meds, and don't expect I will be as I've been there done that on everything else my pdoc can prescribe me!!
