I didn't know about the liver failure thing.
According to a friend of mine whom had obtained amineptine from Brazil for many years, it is no longer being manufactured anywhere in the world for human consumption. It was necessary for her to discontinue amineptine and search for another treatment.
Two dopaminergic drugs that I have had on my list of things to try are mazindol and sibutramine. I used to go to a doctor who liked to combine Parnate with pemoline.
