RITCH: what DOSE(S) of Seroquel lower thyroid?

Oh my gosh, now I find out I'm on TWO meds (Lithium and now Seroquel) that can LOWER thyroid?!!! ACCCK. Thankfully, I'm on a low dose of each, my pdoc has me on Synthroid, and my thyroid came back from being low to being within the "normal" range.
Still, I'm very curious if you know what the dose is that Seroquel starts to possibly lower thyroid?
