If I could be so bold as to ask what brand, I think I've read of the Carlson one. If you have been using it for a bit, can you take daytime dosing without the "any sleepier and I go into a coma" feeling? I'm going to try what I have at 200 mgs (citrate/malate) PM for now. If you could share your experiences, I would be interested. Thanks
