Enada NADH is certainly one option. SAM-e is another. Fish Oil could help. You could discuss adding a stimulant to your treatment with your doc, this can be safe as long as it's monitered. There's Provigil, Ritalin, Adderall, Dexedrine, Wellbutrin, Strattera, and probably some others I'm forgetting.
