Is Paxil to Lex to Paxil Making Me Foggy Headed?

Hi All,

Okay, so I was on Paxil at 15mg (odd dosage) for about three years. It was working extremely well for me. In October of 02 I switched to Lexapro (10mg) = roughly 40mg of celexa. The Lexapro made me feel pretty horrible so I switched back to Paxil after about 2 months. Trouble is, I have this odd foggy headedness. It sits almost at the front of my head and feels like theres gravel there. Here is what I've noticed. When I go down to 10mg of Paxil I feel great for the next couple of days, and then the fogginess comes back. Do I need to go off of Paxil completely? Has anyone else expirienced this syndrome?
