I think it varies from person to person. I always find Klonopin extremely sedating, and actually that is why I take it--to help me sleep. But others don't feel so sedated. I only take a quarter mg. and it makes me nod off, whereas there are others who take much larger doses, and only find that the klonopin calms them, but wihtout sedation.
