Same deal here. I've been on Lexapro for about 2 months - very low sex drive and a weight gain of about 8 lbs. I had a baby last year and am still overweight, so these additional pounds really bother me. I've read posts on this board that have suggested that Wellbutrin might help control the weight gain- in my case it caused anxiety but it might work better for you. Wellbutrin is also prescribed in conjunction with other SSRIs to counteract sexual disfunction. I was on Wellbutrin with the Lex until a couple days ago, and by itself in 2000. I was about 20 lbs lighter 2 years ago, so maybe the Wellbutrin did help keep my weight down, come to think of it! Good luck to you - hope you find the right mix.

> I have gained weight on lexapro. I was originally on Celexa and loved the pill except for the low sex drive. I don't see a difference with Lexapro and I have also gained weight. Has anyone else experienced this problem?
