Help - trying to stabalize

I was on Lithium 900mg and Celexa 10mg when
I complained that I couldn't concentrate in school. We reduced the Lithium dose to 600mg which definately helps, but right after I take my Celexa I feel unstable, I feel restless, angry and activated. I am afraid to stop the Celexa straight out cause I do know it helps me get through the day.
My question is. I need to take less antidepressant. How do I do this.
Is 10 mg of prozac less than 10mg Celexa,
(its just that I can't split Celexa any further)
Any help would be apreciated.
