0.5mg. My PDoc couldn't believe this, but my prolactin was way above the high bound of the norm.This is very personal. Risperdal is considered atypical, but is actually pretty much a 'typical' antipsychotic, especially considering the raise of prolactin.
The 'real' atypicals doesn't cause it. I haven't had it on any dose of Zyprexa, Seroquel or Geodon.
