I don't experience any pain when my Dexedrine wears off but mine's not SR (sustained release), so I'm not sure why you're getting stomach pains. I'll offer a couple of ideas though.

Rather than wait till the Adderall has worn off & you develop the pain, how about eating something an hour or so before it wears off. Perhaps if you have some food (nothing heavy or greasy though) already in your stomach when it wears off, you may not experience the pain.

Another thing - are you drinking lots? How about something to drinka short while before it wears off? Something soothing rather than acidic would probably be better.

And last resort, you can buy something called slippery elm lozenges in a health food store. They're used for a number of problems including stomach problems. They're very soothing & not bad tasting at all. I love the powder made into a Horlick's or Ovaltine type warm drink, but the lozenges are far more convenient.

Hopefully, someone will have an idea of why your stomach cramps though.
