for what its worth...
I took xanax for a year..had a problem with rebound anxiety but really didnt have a problem getting off..
Was put on klonopin..for me, made my agoraphobic stuff MUCH worse...stopped working early on, and took me FIVE years to get off of it..And when I got off it, I had horrible insomnia for a year and a half. Stevie Nicks said getting off klonopin was worse then getting off cocaine. Xanax is wonderful...I think I want to go back on it. If you dont abuse it, youll be fine, itll work for a long time. Just a very personal opinion!
