> Thank you!Having a lump in the throat is a classic symptom of plain ol' anxiety under normal circumstances, but since you've never had this sensation before, and you're also having what sound like significant tremors, I'd recommend phoning your doctor right away. Perhaps you could get something like Trazodone or even Xanax to help relax you at night. You might have your thyroid checked as well. Best of luck to you.
