Jeez!
I've never heard of that much Paxil being prescribed WITH another AD! The normal therapeutic dose for Paxil is 20 mg. if I'm not mistaken...and you should ramp up slowly because Paxil is pretty harsh. Did your psychiatrist prescribe this? Or a general practitioner? I'm not the expert, though. Just someone who took Paxil for about a year @20mg.
