I have been taking Celexa 20 mg for about 8 months.
I will try some of your advice, but I know I should eat better, but right now I am just wanting to stuff my face with crap. I am about to go for a jog though. This is a very big deal for me, I am going to pull myself off this computer and get out the door. I am really hoping that will motivate me to do something, anything other than eat and just hang around the house.
