Topamax is NOT useless. I *loathe* it when pdocs (any docs) make these sweeping statements, which are *categorically* dangerous. . .
For example, my pdoc just gave a seminar to other docs on Topamax as a weight loss drug. . .. with the GIVEN, many people can't tolerate Tope (I'm one of them.)
If someone can, it's useful. If they can't, then it's not.
