That's a low does of Zoloft. The recommended starting dose for Paxil is 20mg I believe. The recommended regular starting dose for Zoloft is 50mg.
So I think 10mg of paxil will be good starting point.
Good luck with it. I personally didn't like Paxil. Though it was a very effective AD and helped my anxiety, I was constantly sleepy and gained significant weight.
