First and foremost, GOOD LUCK!

My original meds were the same as yours - Paxil and Klonopin long-term.

I stopped Paxil (it pooped out on me and may even have induced mild mania) and have gotta tell you that if you DO decide to go off it, PLEASE, PLEASE do so VERY slowly and gradually. Paxil is known for terrible withdrawal, which I unfortunately went through because my pdoc took me off it waaaaaay too fast.

Even though you're only on 10 mg/day of Paxil (I was on 30mg/day), I would still say to cut it in half to 5 mg/day and remain on that for quite some time before stopping it completely.

Again, good luck to you! :-)
