paxil to celexa - weight loss?

my doctor switched me to celexa from 30mg paxil because at 40mg paxil i was getting manic but at 30 my anxiety came back. i'm just wondering about people's experiences with these two drugs and also specifically have people been able to lose the weight they gained on paxil on celexa?
