BTW the active sleep agent in it isDiphenhydramine Cytrate, and Excedrin has 38 mgs, whereas tylenol has 25 I think. But lately I went on Gabitril as mood stabilizer and it has been helping me get to sleep very well, maybe even tooo well. But, I don't know what your diagnosis is, so whatever.
