Be patient - I know how badly you want it to start working. Many years ago, when I first started taking ADs, imipramine, each day went by & I felt the same. But three weeks to the day, when I woke up, I realised I felt glad to be awake. It was so weird. Down previously, then "boom!" day 22 felt great. You'll get there yet.
