You gotta give the amisulpride 4-6 weeks to work, just like everything else in these endeavors. It seems to work wonders for some people though. At higher doses (600-800 mg?) it seems to do more for the negative symptoms.

I never had any side-effects from Amisulpride, but then again I was only taking 100 mg for dysthymia. Paroxetine gave me dry mouth and sexual dysfunction.
