Hydrocodone, the opioid ingredient in Vicodin, is an example of a full agonist, yes.

I don't believe I said that. But most things that are addictive are things that get you high. Buprenorphine helps with social anxiety but doesn't cause a high and isn't addictive. All I was saying was that drugs don't have to be addictive in order to work well for social anxiety.
