Not always, Tina. When I'm feeling good, I do lots, am very busy, & very happy. Full of life, energy, & motivation.

I accomplish little when I'm down. Some people just react the opposite than others. I also don't eat when I'm depressed & become very thin - others overeat. I suppose it just depends on the individual whether it's avoidance or not. :)
