weird reaction to benzos

HI I've been having weird reactions to ativan and similar drugs lately. I don't know if it is because I am going through paxil withdrawal and I'm super sensitive to drugs now but yesterday I took an ativan and I would forget where I was at for a second or two and I had dialted pupils and visuals. Any input would be appreciated
