> I starting taking 25mg of Zoloft about 2 months ago for anxiety (particularly panic attacks) and depression. I feel quite a bit better now, although I have had a noticible loss of interest in sex.. and I am quite a bit more tired at nighttime. I supplement my Zoloft with GNC Mega Men vitimens, 3 grams of Inositol and 120-240mg of Ginko Biloba a day. I actually wanted to take Yohimbe Bark to increase genital blood flow, but I've read that it can be dangerous to take with Zoloft, so I am nervous about doing so. I am quite into weight lifting and normally take a supplement called Xenadrine, but since starting my Zoloft I have ceased use of that as well because I've read that the ephedra is also bad to take with SSRi's. Anyone care to comment on anything I've mentioned above? Any suggestions for improving my routine?

I am also taking 25mg. Zoloft. Has there been an improvement in depression since adding the Inisitol and ginkgo? If so what kind of improvements? I am very interested because I've been having kind of a hard time with Zoloft. (Actually, I have a hard time with all antidepressants!) Any info. would be appreciated! Thanx!
