Apter, Jeffrey T. MD. Allen, Lesley A. PhD. Buspirone: Future Directions. Journal of Clinical Psychopharmacology. 19(1):86-93, February 1999:

"Bruxism, that is, unwanted grinding or clenching of teeth, has been associated with the use of fluoxetine and sertraline, [45] as well as paroxetine. [46] In four of the five cases reported in these studies, buspirone (5-30 mg daily) was added to the patient's SSRI. All four patients reported that their teeth clenching or grinding ceased soon after starting buspirone. No side effects accompanied the addition of buspirone, except for a mild headache that was eliminated once the dose of buspirone was reduced from 10 to 5 mg at bedtime..."
