Hi Dave,
To learn more about Adrafinil and Amisulpride, there are two different routes you could take. The first is to do an online search on either word. Try several different search engines, because you will find different info on different engines.
The second is to go www.mentalhealth.com. Follow the prompts for medication research. When you get to the point where you have to choose a drug to research, choose any drug on their list. Doesn't matter. It will bring you to the research page. Once you get there, erase the drug in the box at the top of the page, and type in whatever you want to reseearch. For example, "Adrafinil", "Amisulpride", "Amisulpride AND dysthymia", etc. You can refine your searches with two words or more by connecting them with the word AND captitalized.
Spend a few hours doing both of the above and you will soon be an expert on both drugs.
Based on what you have said about your trials with other drugs, I think Adrafinil and/or Amisulpride are very promising candidates for you. Adrafinil is easy to get, and you will uncover places to order it when you do an online search on it. Your good response to Reboxetine is a good clue that Adrafinil may prove very helpful to you. Amisulpride is harder to get, but low doses of either Zyprexa or Risperdal are similar.
Hope this is helpful.

The SNRI Reboxetine (available here in the UK) was very good but again some of the side effects prevented me continuing. I tried moclobemide (600mg) and it was truly wonderful but it pooped out after a few months.
