Joe,
I used to take Wellbutrin, however I stopped it due to stomach cramping and a SHARP SHOOTING pain in my ribs & sides - exactly as you describe. At times, the pain was so dibilitating I would see stars & fall to the floor. I only had these pains while on wellbutrin. They were shocking & disturbing enough that I stopped taking wellbutrin. When I mentioned it to my pdoc, he had no insight into the cause.
