Oh wow, I can totally relate! The fogginess especially in public like at a department store or large store w/fluorescent lamps. It was so hard for me to relate that to anxiety but now that you mention the "adrenaline" part, I think the dizziness(fogginess) is a side effect of adrenaline being released. Anxiety in medical terms refers to 'being on edge' as in constant adrenaline rushes right? Anxiety in the dictionary just refers to a normal feeling of being temporarily worried. I hate when people misuse words esp. depression and anxiety... "oh I'm feeling depressed today because the clouds are grey.
