have you tried milk alternatives? I'm also dairy intolerant.
There are many varieties of soy, almond, goat etc milks available. They take a bit of getting used to, but now I prefer them. Why not have a small glass of soy milk with your evening med?
S> I don't think 7 pm is too early to take the effexor xr, unless it knocks you out. It has more than a 24 hour half-life, so it should last beyond 7 pm the next night.
