I was skeptical about taking another SSRI following my one-year experience with Prozac, but Celexa has been effective in treating my depression and general/social anxiety. My magic dose appears to be 50 mgs, although it is less for most others.

Downsides? some weight gain, decreased libido, occasional lack of discipline.
