congratulations! That is so good to hear. I am happy for you.
i am also 37, and my depression also started when I was 11 or 12 ( I got this from one of my dreams, before having it I thought that my depression started when I was 18 after giving birth to my son). Do you remember what happened in your life around that age? In my case, we moved from Kara Kum desert to damp and cold northern Europe. It seems now that change in amount of solar radiation and total change in diet hurt me. I now bask in sunlight 2-3 hours daily and eat only what I ate prior to age of 11. I feel so alive, I can't describe it :) At this point I am still on 5 mg of Paxil, but feel that soon even that won't be necessary.
