Mirapex (pramipexole), a D2/D3 agonist, is available in Europe. Is effective as an add-on on to SSRIs. May very well relive the symtoms you talk about. Nausea, often transient, is common but can be conteracted with the periphereal dopaminergic domperidone, also available in Europe.

Pindolol and Buspirone as an add on can, I beieve also effectively counteract the symtom you describe. Dosage to 20mg. buspirone for week one and 30mg/day thereafter and 2.5 mg. of buspirone taken three times a day.

These are available in Europe also.
