Well, I took your advice andhave cut down to 2mg at the moment, and will build up lsowly to 8mg a day.

The tears seem to be worst between 11am and 4pm... and today everything has seemed like the end of the world, and I've taken it out terribly on my husband. Rough old day.

Pdoc - huh!! he says "this si to be expected when starting a new med"... great eh!!

but I'm pretty sure the effexor withdrawal is gone now, and I'm going to try going to work tomorrow and see what happens. The dizziness / nausea is easier now too, so going in the right direction!

Thanks for taking the time to reply though - it's meant alot.
