Anyone with experience with Remeron at 45mgs? I was supposed to up it from 30mg to 45mgs and for two nights became a zombie that couldn't function...which lasted well into the next day. Is this something that just happens when getting used to the new dosage?...I was hoping it would be activating... Any thoughts?
