what happened to me after Celexa

I have been off of celexa and klonopin since feb 14th. Since this time I have had constant pressure in my head and sinuses ,numbness and headaches. These effects are occuring every day all day since . If anyone feels like this or a doctor who can help me reads this please Email me I am desperate.
