Can you take along a buddy of yours that can maybe keep an eye on the kids if you need a time out for a minute or so? You can just get away from the noise for a bit and try to get your bearings while someone else watches the kids. Then you can return to them refreshed and ready to go again. If you need to do that all day, at least you'll have someone you can trust looking out for the little ones and you'll also be able to take care of you.
> I know it sounds crazy because people mostly get depression more in the winter,But for as long as I've known it seems like i feel sadder in the summer.my dr. thinks it's because I scared of being around people & since more people are out in the summer it makes it hard to get out & go places.I have a week off of work this coming week, & i want to do somethings w/ my kids, my son wants to go crabbibg/fishing & to the boardwalk to go on some rides. So how can i do these things so my kids don't hate me?
